Anybody been through therapy for love-shyness?
I’m reading the book "Shyness & Love" by Dr. Brian G. Gilmartin, and I’m wondering if anybody here has actually been through the therapy to cure this problem.
I have suffered with it all my life, and am seeking help now even though I regret waiting so long. I’m sick and tired of being so miserable!!!
Any success stories or experiences? I’m open-ears.
